Saving and working since the age of 15, initially behind the bar at an (unnamed) Chinese restaurant in the South-West of England, presented an opportunity to travel and work-holiday for seven months in 2024 after graduating grammar school with an International Baccalaureate.

In early 2025 I gained a fast-track level Five NCTJ (gold standard) with Shorthand maintained at around 110WPM for transcriptions, with PA Media Academy. I was offered a contract at PA Media's Paddington office shortly after.
